This Privacy Policy explains how Thinkable collects, uses, shares and protects personal information across all Thinkable products: this website, the Thinkable apps (including Thinkable Moments at moments.thinkable.app), the Thinkable clinic platform, the Thinkable Referral Network (outreach.thinkable.app) and the Thinkable text-messaging program. It also explains how we handle information we receive from Google when you sign in with Google or connect your Gmail account.

Who we are
This website and the Thinkable platform are operated by GGTUDE LTD, a company registered in Israel, doing business as Thinkable. References to “Thinkable”, “we” and “us” mean GGTUDE LTD. For information we process on behalf of a clinic or other partner organization, that organization decides how the information is used and we act on its instructions (as its “processor” or “service provider”).
Products this policy covers
- Website (thinkable.app): information about Thinkable and partner inquiry forms.
- Thinkable apps, including Thinkable Moments (moments.thinkable.app): guided relaxation and wellbeing sessions.
- Clinic platform (partner.thinkable.app and related pages): tools clinics use to screen, onboard and support their patients.
- Partner clinic landing pages (care.thinkable.app): pages we run with partner clinics, such as MooreWays TMS Clinic, where people can request a TMS consultation or screening.
- Referral Network (outreach.thinkable.app): a tool clinic and partner staff use to find nearby healthcare practices, write introduction emails, send them from their own email account and keep track of their professional relationships.
- Text-messaging program: care-related text messages sent on behalf of partner clinics.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a partner demo or contact form, we collect what you provide, such as your name, work email, organization, role, audience, use case and message. When you use a Thinkable product with an account, we collect your name, email address and the content you create in it.
Information from partner clinics. When a clinic uses the clinic platform, it (or its patients, through the clinic’s forms) may provide contact details, appointment information and answers to screening or check-in questions. We process this only to provide the service to that clinic.
Business contact information in the Referral Network. To help a clinic reach nearby practices, the Referral Network collects publicly available professional information about healthcare practices and providers, such as practice names, addresses, phone numbers, specialties and professional email addresses, from public sources including the US NPI Registry and practices’ own websites. It also stores the emails, replies, calls and events a user records about those practices.
Information collected automatically. Like most online services, we receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, and we use cookies and similar storage for sign-in, security, remembering your preferences and, where you have consented, analytics. In Thinkable Moments, your session preferences and saved sessions are stored in your browser unless you choose to share or save them.
Third-party marketing tools. On our marketing pages, including partner clinic landing pages, we use third-party pixels and similar tracking technologies from advertising and analytics platforms, including Meta (Facebook) and Google, to track visitor interactions, measure how our advertising performs and show relevant ads. These tools may collect the pages you visit, the actions you take on them (such as submitting a form) and identifiers from your browser or device, and the platform may link that information to your account with it. You can limit this tracking in your browser settings and in the ad settings of each platform.
Information we receive from Google
Some Thinkable products let you sign in with your Google account, and the Referral Network lets you connect your Gmail account so that you can send emails from your own address.
- Google sign-in gives us your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to sign you in, identify you to your team and show your name in the product.
- Connecting Gmail asks for permission to send email on your behalf (the Gmail “send” permission). We use it only to send the emails you choose to send from the Referral Network, such as an introduction or follow-up to a healthcare practice, from your own Gmail address. We store an encrypted access token so that sending keeps working until you disconnect, together with the address you connected and the time of each email sent.
- We do not read, scan or store the contents of your inbox. If we ever offer an optional feature that detects replies to emails you sent from the Referral Network, it will ask for that permission separately, and we will read only replies to those emails.
Thinkable’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit permission, when needed for security or to comply with the law, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
You can disconnect Gmail at any time from your clinic profile in the Referral Network, which deletes the stored token and revokes our access. You can also remove Thinkable’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
How the information is used
- To provide, operate and secure the products you or your organization use.
- To respond to partnership inquiries, review partnership fit and prepare relevant follow-up.
- To send the messages you ask us to send, such as Referral Network emails from your connected account, and the care-related text messages described below.
- To generate drafts you request, such as introduction emails or social posts, using AI service providers. We send them only the information needed for the draft, and they may not use it to train their models.
- To understand how the products are used and improve them, using aggregated or de-identified information.
- To comply with the law and protect the rights, safety and security of our users, partners and the public.
Business and partnership context
The forms on the thinkable.app marketing site are intended for business and partnership inquiries. Please do not submit confidential patient information, emergency requests, or sensitive clinical details through those forms. Requests for a TMS consultation or screening go through the partner clinic landing pages, as described under “Sharing” below.
Sharing
Thinkable does not sell personal information. We share information only:
- with the clinic or partner organization you are working with, for the products it provides to you;
- with the partner clinic you are requesting care from. If you request a TMS consultation or screening through a Thinkable page for a partner clinic, the lead information you submit (such as your name, contact details and your answers to the request form) is securely transferred to that clinic, for example MooreWays TMS Clinic, for consultation and screening purposes. The clinic handles that information under its own privacy practices, and you can contact it directly about them;
- with the advertising and analytics platforms whose pixels are described under “Information we collect”, for measurement and advertising;
- with service providers that help us operate the products (for example cloud hosting, email and text-message delivery, analytics, and AI text and speech generation), under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing their service to us;
- when required by law, or to protect rights, safety and security;
- as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Google user data is shared only as needed to provide the feature you are using, as described above, and never for advertising.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and tick the text-message consent on one of our forms, or give that consent to the staff of a clinic that uses Thinkable, we store your number, the date and time of your consent and your contact preference, and Thinkable may send you non-marketing text messages about your screening, appointments, check-ins and care reminders on behalf of that clinic. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. The full program terms are in our Terms.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with the messaging provider that delivers the texts and with the clinic you are working with. We do not sell phone numbers.
Retention and deletion
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: account information for as long as your account or your organization’s use of the product is active, and partner-inquiry submissions for as long as the conversation is relevant. Google access tokens are deleted as soon as you disconnect your account. When a partner organization stops using Thinkable, we delete or return its data as agreed with that organization. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to the address below.
Security
We protect information with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, encryption of stored access tokens, access controls and restricted access for our staff. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where the law requires.
International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, including Israel, the European Union and the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. If your information is held on behalf of a clinic, we will pass your request to that clinic or help it respond. To make a request, write to us at the address below. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Thinkable products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information outside a partner clinic’s care program that has the required consent.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, let you know through the product or by email.
