THINKABLE PARTNER RESOURCE

Terms

Terms for using the Thinkable website and the Thinkable text-messaging program.

These Terms describe the basic conditions for using the Thinkable website and the Thinkable text-messaging (SMS) program. They are written for website visitors, organizations evaluating a potential partnership, and people who receive messages from Thinkable through a clinic or program that uses our platform.

Who we are

Thinkable is a brand of GGTUDE LTD, a company registered in Israel. GGTUDE LTD operates the Thinkable website, the Thinkable platform and the Thinkable messaging program. Clinics and other organizations (“partner clinics”) use the Thinkable platform to support their patients; when we message you, we do so as Thinkable on behalf of the partner clinic you are working with. References to “Thinkable”, “we” and “us” in these Terms mean GGTUDE LTD.

Website purpose

The website provides information about Thinkable, partner use cases, resources, and demo inquiry paths. It is not medical advice, clinical care, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or a substitute for a licensed professional.

Partnership inquiries

Submitting a partner demo or contact form does not create a partnership, clinical relationship, service agreement, or obligation for Thinkable to provide services. Any partnership terms must be agreed separately in writing.

Content and evidence

Website content is provided for general business evaluation and informational purposes. Partners should review evidence, intended use, claims, implementation requirements, and compliance considerations before launch or deployment.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website to submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, confidential patient, emergency, or sensitive clinical information. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, scrape it in abusive ways, or misuse forms.

Intellectual property

Website text, design, images, and materials belong to Thinkable or its licensors unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

Limitation

The website is provided as available. Thinkable may update, remove, or change website content at any time.

Text messaging (SMS) program

Program name: Thinkable care messages.

What you receive: if you provide your mobile number and tick the text-message consent box on one of our forms, or give the same consent to a partner clinic’s staff, Thinkable will send you non-marketing text messages about your screening, appointments, check-ins and care reminders relating to the partner clinic you are working with. Messages identify Thinkable and the clinic. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

Message frequency: varies, up to 8 messages per month.

Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can also ask the clinic or email info@thinkable.app.

Help: reply HELP to any message, or email info@thinkable.app.

Consent is not a condition of care. You can receive the same information by email or from the clinic without agreeing to text messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: mobile numbers and text-message consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
